Wow, stumbled upon this blog while blog surfing because I have a life on weekdays and don't have anything better to do. I wonder if anyone still reads this, highly doubt it, which means everything I type here will be utterly useless and I have free reigns to write anything I want.

I wonder how's everyone doing. I wonder if everything we have set out to do this time last year came to past. I wonder if we're still on the same path as we were and still going strong. I wonder if the bumps in life that we went through this past year has taught us much. I wonder if things have even changed at all.

A good friend once told me that the only thing constant is change - and that really upset me. I hate change, I hate not knowing and I hate the uncertainty.

My guess is that we've changed, grown and moved on. Most of us would be working now, some still have the luxury of being a uni student. Scott no longer leads this urban life, which does not exist anymore. Phaik Wah who took over has gone back to Malaysia. Sometimes I feel like a lost sheep, which might be partly the reason why I wanted a change (I know I hate it) so badly.

I've came full circle. At this moment, I don't like what I've become. Hopefully the next time I stumble on this blog again, I'll be singing a different tune. Perhaps this is the kick that I needed to turn things around.

here i am again.. and before you think i'm some sad lonely person who goes back all the way to malaysia to blog at starbucks for 2 days in a row, THINK AGAIN.. i'm waiting for my girlfriend to finish her exam.. 3 hours more.. i've been picking her up and sending her to uni and sending her home after her exam.. noble leh.. haha..

today's her last paper and after this i'm gonna watch ENCHANTED!! WOOOT! and yes, it's only abt AUD$2.. HAHA! :P and it's waaay more comfortable.. GO GSC ONE UTAMA! and our dear friend, mr chan jia heng should be getting ready to head for home today.. let's now take a minute to mourn over his departure..................

He manages to somehow amaze me over and over again of how He knows my every thought and word before I even think or speak it.

(Going on a little here cause I've had it with studying)

I've been feeling flustered and confused for the past few days.
Flipped through the Bible for a few de-stressing verses to see which comforting words would pop up and give me assurance that my hand will be guided during the exam haha. But of course that didn't happen, instead verses of what has been subconsciously driving me insane smacked me in the face instead.

Fast forward a few more hours and then I'm sitting here trying to blog about how I'm feeling messed up just to get it out of my system. While doing so, my parents called so instead of having to speak vaguely on blogs, I get to talk about it with someone else. Which, I guess was what I really needed too now.

See! Twice in a day He knew what I needed and supplied my needs even before I asked for it. Now God, ALL I need are those answers tomorrow :D

i was quite inspired and touched to see the church stuff just LOVING and having a passion for PEOPLE so much! standing there for hours just praying for us! how tiring it must've been!

In support of a friend, I'll blog as well to help Phaik Wah shift her 'many faces' down haha.

Anyway, for those who didn't know, I'm actually praying that God will direct my path after I graduate in the matter that should I stay here or go home.

So well, I'm praying that if I'm meant to stay on, doors will open for me here.
I got an email on Monday asking me to go for a job interview on Wednesday (today) in Clayton.

Got up bright and early, took a bus there, looked gorgeous and tried not to screw up the interview or play a fool like it always happens.

Long story short, I might actually pass the initial interview and qualify for the next stage! YAY!
And the lady said they wouldn't mind sponsoring me to work here (after she's checked it out though cause she has no clue about it) IF I'm what the company is looking for.

So yea, that's my testimony for the week.
God answer my prayer cause I was praying for an opportunity for an interview with this exact same company.

i need to post something.

just so the horrid pics would disappear (i'm a user of this blog, why can't i get access to delete them???)

since my mind isn't working well ( very rarely this happens!) i shall state a few random facts that happened to me recently.

1) i mastered the art of excel. okay well i wouldn't say 'master' but i know how to shift columns and add them up. that's quite an achievement.

2) i played tennis last Friday, and the last time i played before that...was when i was 11. so if you see me walking in a funny manner or cringing everytime i had to bend down, no, i'm not getting old, it's just a temporary discomfort.

3) i have been drinking alot of water. like, ALOT (3litres a day) the other day someone was mentioning to me about overdosing on water...hmmm...now that i think about it, it scares me.

4) i'm learning how to bake ( i think it's time i stop lying to everyone about my home-baked muffins when in fact, i bought them from the bakery) so yes, everyone gets a chocolate raisins muffin (i got inspired after eating sultanas last night) after my exams! don't worry, i won't buy them and pretend it's mine. hahahaaa

there.now i just need a couple more posts to shift those pics to the next page.

Since our Urban Life blog seems to be dying already with it barely even making it past it's one month birthday, we should all pull our efforts together to revive it.

But since I'm stumped when it comes to what to write about, I'll just leave you guys with this word of wisdom by Garfield - "avoid fruits and nuts. after all, you are what you eat."

Now I really have to start motivating myself to pick up those books and start studying.

We had the best curry puffs today as well courtesy of the suburb people.

Those bimbos are still chatting outside and the guys are talking about car bumpers.
Jia Heng wore jeans to his high school prom.
Everyone was suprised how Phaik Wah knew.
Apparently Jia Heng told her.
Oh his jeans is torn.
And it was done on purpose.

Adelene refuses to sign up on Facebook.
Phaik Wah plans to create an account for Adelene and Jia Heng.
Jia Heng's account name would be 'sky chan'.

Adelene just came in and took a really pretty picture of me.
She's forcing everyone outside to take pictures as well.
Oh wait, it's not outside.
She's in Wei Xiong's girly room.

Wei Xiong will go for prayer meeting this Sunday if Phaik Wah wants him to.

i'm brilliant, like really really brilliant.
i love mangoes and bananas.
i'm obsessed with breakfast.i would stay up the whole night just to go for breakie in the morning.
and i'm currently against fairness, tan rocks all the way.

let me think what i should blog about.

okay i should share with you guys something cool that happened to me last weekend. my perfume bottle fell and broke so i knew i needed to get a new one soon. was contemplating to get it few weeks later so i can shop for other things (haha perfumes are expensive). and if you guys have been to my house recently, you would know that i was in need of new bedroom slippers (mine was torn and dirty and sarahanne said it's the most disgusting thing ever) so anyway, on friday morning, i was going on and on about how i needed to go to the beach to get a tan and i casually mentioned that i would get a beach towel soon.

and on friday evening, i was randomly shopping around and guess what i saw??
15% sale on all perfumes! i got one that i really really like for a reasonably cheap price. and before i left, the salesgirl called out and told me that there were free gifts that came along with the perfume!
hahaa no prizes for guessing what they were. A pair of Anna Sui bedroom slippers and beach towel! Ooh la la. I was on cloud nine.

I was then reminded me that if God knows all these little desires of ours, desires I thought he never noticed or cared, how can we possibly not trust Him with bigger things; our dreams, our heart desires and our prayers made known to Him.
